Who we are. numerologycalculators.com (short address num.is) is a numerology calculator project. For anything about this policy or your data: info@numbers.tools. No legal-entity details are stated here; this does not affect your rights.

What we collect

Your date of birth. You type it into a calculator. It is sensitive personal data, and we process it for exactly one purpose: to calculate and show you the reading. The basis is your own request — you entered the date and pressed the button. We do not build a profile from it, do not join it to advertising identifiers, and do not use it for anything other than the calculation.

Your e-mail — only if you give it. We need it to send you the full reading and, if you separately ticked the box, occasional emails about new material. We do not get your address unless you hand it over.

Your name — if you put it in the form, so we can address you properly in an email.

Technical data. Our hosting sees your IP address and request headers: a server cannot answer without them. We use them to keep automated abuse out and do not join them to your date of birth.

Analytics — only with your consent. Until you press Accept in the banner, the tags store nothing on your device. Refuse or withdraw at any time through "Analytics settings" in the footer of every page.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and do not hand it to anyone for their own purposes. We do not show your date of birth to third parties. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Who else technically touches the data

We pass nothing to partners, but a site does not run in a vacuum: a few services process data on our instructions and only for the thing you came here for. The full list:

Cloudflare — hosting and bot protection (Turnstile). Sees your IP and request headers.

Mailgun — email delivery. Sees the recipient address and the contents of the email.

CloudConvert — building the PDF of the reading. Sees the document contents while it is built.

Our payment provider — taking payment. Card details are entered on their side; we never see or store a card number.

Google (Analytics and Ads) — only after you consent, and only anonymous events: which page, which calculator, which ad brought you. Dates of birth and email addresses never go there.

The project's own systems — our lead and mailing records — are not third parties: they are us.

How long we keep it

Your date of birth and the result of a calculation: for as long as you need to be able to open your reading, and no longer than 24 months from your last visit. An email address for the mailing list: until you withdraw consent. Technical logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we process it, take it away in a machine-readable form, or object to the processing. You can withdraw consent at any time, and doing so does not undo what was done before. One email to info@numbers.tools is enough; we answer within 30 days. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of the country you live in.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
