Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains when refunds are and are not available for num.is readings. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Free readings

Free readings are provided at no cost, so no payment and no refund are involved.

Nature of the product

A paid reading is instant digital content: it is generated for you and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Because it is delivered at once and cannot be "returned", paid readings are generally non-refundable once access has begun.

EU / EEA / UK customers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery has started, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right. At checkout you are asked to give that consent so your reading can be delivered instantly; if you do, you will not be entitled to a withdrawal refund for that reading.

United States and other regions

Except where the law requires otherwise, paid readings are final and non-refundable once delivered.

When we will refund

We will refund you where a reading was charged but not delivered, where a clear technical fault on our side made the reading unusable and we cannot fix it, or where you were charged in error or more than once for the same order. These are handled case by case in good faith.

Readings with a practitioner

Services delivered by a person — the written reading, the live consultation and the decision reading — are not instant digital goods, and the rules for them differ. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing: the price is confirmed by email, and payment happens only once the work is agreed.

A full refund if delivery has not begun: the practitioner has not started the written reading, or the session has not taken place. A full refund if the session failed through us: the practitioner did not show up, or moved it without offering an alternative.

Cancelling a session less than 24 hours before it starts is refunded at 50%: the practitioner’s time is already booked and cannot be sold to anybody else. Rescheduling by agreement, given earlier notice, costs nothing.

Once a written reading has been delivered it counts as supplied, like any other digital document. If the work does not match what we described, write to us: we look at such cases individually and refund where the complaint is sound.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@numbers.tools within 14 days of your purchase with your order reference and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
